You retain responsibility for text, media, trademarks, data and other materials you provide. Unless otherwise agreed, theme code remains subject to its stated software license, while custom commercial deliverables and usage rights are governed by the project agreement.
5. LaunchPad and blockchain risks
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, public and subject to network fees, congestion, wallet behavior and smart-contract risk. You must verify the network, owner address, token configuration, Factory address and transaction details before signing.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the website or services for unlawful activity, abuse, malware, unauthorized access, deceptive token launches, infringement, spam, security testing without permission or attempts to bypass rate limits and validation.
7. Availability and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Samfoundation is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party service outages, wallet errors, blockchain volatility, user misconfiguration or content supplied by clients. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
