How long we retain your data

This policy applies to information submitted through contact forms, project intake forms, support requests and LaunchPad request flows on this website. It also covers limited technical information needed for security, rate limiting, preference storage and reliable operation.

Do not submit confidential credentials, private keys, seed phrases, passwords or information that is not necessary for the requested service.

2. Information we may collect

Identity and contact information such as name, email, phone and company.
Project information such as service interest, budget range, timeline, current website and message.
Optional attachments intentionally uploaded with a contact request.
Campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium and campaign.
For LaunchPad, wallet address, selected network, token configuration, transaction hash and confirmed contract address.
Security information such as a hashed IP address, browser user agent and submission timestamps.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate project fit, provide support, operate the CRM, prevent spam and abuse, maintain request history, send acknowledgements when enabled and complete requested on-chain or technical workflows.

4. Storage and security

Requests are stored in the WordPress database with access restricted to authorized administrators and team members. Private request tokens are stored in hashed form. Reasonable technical measures are used, but no internet or blockchain system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of contact information, subject to legal, security, contractual and technical retention requirements. Blockchain records cannot be edited or erased by the website once confirmed on-chain.

7. Cookies and local preferences

The website may use necessary cookies or browser storage for form protection, campaign attribution, request access tokens and privacy preferences. Optional analytics permission is stored separately. Use the button below to review your current choice.
